At CLASS LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the inclusion of the printed return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
